       systems, filter resumes based on skills and experience. AI-driven platforms analyze video
       interviews,  assessing  speech  patterns  and  facial  expressions  to  predict  candidate
       suitability.



       Second,  AI  improves  employee  engagement  and  retention  by  personalizing  work
       experiences.  Just  as  a  fitness  tracker  provides  health  insights,  AI-powered  HR  tools
       analyze  employee  behavior  to  predict  burnout  and  suggest  interventions.  AI  platforms
       can recommend career development opportunities, ensuring employees stay motivated
       and engaged.
