KABADDI TOURNAMENT

The Sports Council and Students' Welfare department of MM(DU)
organized the Annual Kabaddi Tournament to foster strength,
teamwork, and sportsmanship. Teams from various
departments competed in an exciting atmosphere, encouraging
student participation and unity. Key players included Shahrukh
Khan, Chirag Saini, Aman, Vansh, Mohit, Sachin Kumar,
Deepak Kulchanga, Jashanpreet Singh of BCA-II year, Bunty,
Harsh, Sahil of BCA-III year, and Amit, Jatin, Hardik, Mohan of
MCA-II year. Their dedication and teamwork secured the 1st
positon, making the event a great success.

11-14 November, 2024

The inter-college basketball tournament organized by the Sports
Council of the Department of Student Welfare, MM(DU) from
November 11 to 14, 2024. The event showcased intense
competition, exceptional talent, and sportsmanship among
various colleges. MMICTBM emerged as one of the champions,
securing a prestigious gold medal with outstanding performance
and teamwork. Several players from the Institute played a crucial
role in this victory, including Teddy F Willie, Madhur Kumar,
Ugyen Namgyal Dorji and Sangy Khandu. Their dedication and
skills were instrumental in the team’s success. Beyond
competition, the tournament promoted physical fitness,
camaraderie, and healthy rivalry among students. MMICTBM’s
victory added to its legacy of excellence in sports, inspiring future
athletes to strive for greatness.
