A group of enthusiastic students from MMICT&BM had
the privilege of visiting Netsmartz Private Limited, Mohali
a leading technology solutions provider. This visit was
part of our ongoing efforts to bridge the gap between
academic learning and practical industry experience.
Approximately 50 students from BCA final year had the
opportunity to engage with professionals, learn about
innovative technologies, and gain practical knowledge
that complements their academic studies. A guided tour
allowed students to observe the work environment and
understand the operational processes within a tech
company. The industrial visit was a resounding success,
enriching students’ educational experiences and
preparing them for future careers in technology. The
insights gained will undoubtedly influence their
academic and professional journeys.

On September 21, 2024, an industrial visit to Hoping
Minds Pvt. Ltd., Mohali was organized for the BCA 5th
Semester students. The primary objective of this visit
was to familiarize students with the IT sector
environment, preparing them for their future careers.
The visit provided valuable insights into the current
market landscape and the latest technological
advancements. The day was structured into two
informative sessions. The first session featured a
comprehensive company presentation that highlighted
the various sectors in which Hoping Minds operates. This
was followed by an interactive session led by a member
of the software development team, who offered
guidance on career prospects in the IT field. A detailed
question-and-answer round allowed students to
engage directly with industry experts, fostering an
enriching discussion about various aspects of the IT
sector. This visit saw the participation of 40 students
and 03 faculty members.
