             execution.  And maybe this is his first public



             examination  standing  before  Nero,  the



             tribunal  at  Rome,  and  Paul  is  to  give  his



             defense and so forth.




                    Paul  said,  “At  my  first  answer  no  man


             stood  with  me,  but  all men forsook




             me…” Now,  Paul  had  a  lot  of  friends.  I


             mean, just read chapter 4, verse 21.  He had




             friends in different areas.  Paul had a lot of


             friends in Rome. All you've got to do is read



             Romans  chapter  16.                                Paul  gives  a  list  of



             some  wonderful  people  who  are  in  the



             church there.  But he's saying here, "At my



             first" — probably his first public hearing at



             the Roman tribunal.  He's saying basically
