of sin. That doesn't mean they haven't
sinned or failed since then, but let me say
this again — and this is so important
because what we're reading here, "have
crucified the flesh," is the opposite of the
works of the flesh and is a choice that
someone makes; it is the mark of true
Christianity, because those who are lost are
marked as those who walk according to the
flesh, but those who are saved have been
identified or have the mark of those who
have crucified the flesh — just the opposite.
Does that mean that we do everything
perfectly? No, but that means we stepped
on that straight and narrow path the
moment we were converted. Let me say this
