In 3 John 2, if you're taking notes, John

prayed for a man by the name of Gaius.

John prayed that his body would prosper as

well as his soul, indicating that there were

health issues. In 2 Kings 13:14, Elisha had a

double portion of the Spirit. Think about

this. Elisha, a man of God, a preacher, a

prophet, had a double portion of the Spirit,

and do you know what happened to him?

He got sick and he died. In 2 Kings 20, verse

1, Hezekiah was sick unto death. God

spared him another 15 years, but do you

know what happened to him? He died. In

Exodus 4, verses 10 and 11, Moses was

telling God, "I just don't speak very well,"

and he said, "I am slow of speech and of a

slow tongue,” and the LORD said unto him,
