a difference between the saints of God and

the world — and when I say “the world,” I'm

not talking about the bees and the birds

and the mountains and the sky and the

stars. We're talking about that system that

is in rebellion against God led by Satan and

his demonic force.

I'm going to begin reading now in Luke

chapter 21 beginning with verse 12. The first

11 verses in that chapter, especially verses 5

through 11, are a prophecy centered around

the destruction of the temple in AD 70, but

beginning in verse 12, Jesus said, “But before

all these, they shall lay their hands on you,

and persecute you, delivering you up to the

synagogues, and into prisons, being brought
