prayer  is  “No.”  The  Apostle  Paul  prayed


               three  times  that  God  would  remove  his


               thorn in the flesh, but God’s answer was no,


               and  Paul  had  to  learn  to  submit  to  God’s


               sufficient  grace  to  strengthen  him  to  live


               with  his  limitations  and  his  less-than-ideal


               circumstances.



               It’s  especially  hard  to  wait  for  God’s


               intervention when we see evildoers seem to


               prosper in their evil deeds.  But Psalm 37:1 &


               2 tells believers to “Fret not thyself because


               of evildoers, neither be thou envious against


               the workers of iniquity.  For they shall soon


               be cut down like the grass, and wither as the


               green herb.”  One day evil men will no longer


               reside  on  the  face  of  the  earth,  and  God


               Himself will again dwell with men (Rev. 21:1-


               3) as He did in the Garden of Eden before sin


               entered the world.  With those promises in
