and I don't think you would find Jesus Christ

having anything to do with superheroes. The

apostle Peter says in 1 Peter chapter 2, verse

21, “For even hereunto were ye called: because

Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an

example, that ye should follow his steps.” And I

hope you never get tired of this verse. I've read

it at least 15 or 20 times last year. I hope to

read it several times this year. Now, let's go to

the Lord in prayer as we begin the message

tonight.

Father, we thank You this evening for the

privilege that You've given us again to assemble

together. We ask Your blessings upon the

reading of Thy precious Word. Speak to our

hearts here tonight. Lord, help us, for it's in

Jesus Christ's name we pray, Amen.
