— “sanctified it” — made it holy, set it apart —

“because that in it he had rested from all his

work which God created and made. These are

the generations of the heavens and of the earth

when they were created, in the day that the

LORD God made the earth and the heavens.” So

God created seven days, and one of those days

God called holy because that was the day that

He rested, and throughout the children of

Israel's history, they worshiped and they rested

upon that day.

People today say, "Well, we don't have to

worry about any of those things." Well, I think

there ought to be a day completely and totally

set aside unto the Lord, and I've made a point

to not do business and things of that nature on

Sunday. I see people out working in their yards

and doing business deals and all those kinds of
