prideful disposition. Those I’ve been around

over the years try to suppress it, but they

know they've got an ability that most others

don't have.

So the martial arts do not create the fruit

of the Spirit that I just mentioned to you in

Galatians 5, verses 22 and 23. As a matter

of fact, in 2 Corinthians 12, verse 10 and the

surrounding context, the apostle Paul says

that in his weakness is when he was strong

in the Lord. He said, “. . . for my strength is

made perfect in weakness. Most gladly

therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities,

that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”

Paul was a strong warrior for the Lord. He

was a soldier for the Lord Jesus Christ. He
