Judaism. They were in bondage to the

Roman Empire, and they looked Jesus in the

face and said, "We were never in bondage,"

and they rebelled against Him.

There's freedom and truth in Jesus Christ

and nowhere else — only in Jesus Christ —

and we need to prove all things as in 1

Timothy 5:21. We need to prove anything

we get involved in to know whether it is

right or whether it is wrong.
