downplayed because they help to provide everyone a sense of security and continuity that is so
important in times of crisis.
While we all have faced varying degrees of change and impact due to the coronavirus, it is with some
sense of amazement mixed with pride that we stand here today in a very similar situation to last
December. This has not been an easy year for anyone, but I congratulate you on how effortless you have
made it look to make the transitions and pivots. I know what a tremendous effort goes into it all, and I

The fact that we can now look back on the year that was and continue to be proud of all the men and
women of Rosendin is something that I will carry with me for many years. Without the hard work and
dedication of our craft workers and office teams, we would not be able to cite these impressive statistics:
We will end this year with more than $2 billion in revenue and with a backlog over $3B. Most importantly,
we will end the year safely – having worked nearly 10 million labor hours with a total recordable incident
rate of .88. Those are hours worked even with the temporary work stoppages.
In the midst of it all, we have found a way to live our Core Values in a more focused way here at
Rosendin. In July, we formally launched The Rosendin Foundation, an official 501(c)(3) organization, to
provide a clear means to pursue the philanthropic efforts of Rosendin and our sister company, Modular

Rosendin Foundation, we are now able to focus our efforts on achieving those goals. For the first three
years, The Rosendin Foundation will focus on emotional, nutritional, and occupational health. And what
a timely launch it has been. Organizations in all three areas have been faced with unprecedented need
during the coronavirus crisis. To date, The Rosendin Foundation has provided more than $142,500 in
donations to food banks, domestic violence shelters, and suicide prevention organizations. In a time of
