Recently he was there to help when we had struggles with last minute
changes to the chillers, helped with the solution, put in the effort
and showed that he CARES. He always is wearing his mask, gloves,
glasses and understands what his task is for the day, what needs to

On May 5, 2021, just before 3 pm, I received a call from a man named James Pruitt,
who called to inform me that one our employees stopped to help him with a blow
out he had on the freeway. Mr. Pruitt had been sitting on the freeway for about
30 minutes, and was unable to change his own tire due to his age, when Charles
Damis pulled over to help.
‘‘ Mr. Pruitt was very appreciative and offered to pay Charles for his time and
help, but Charles politely refused payment and was about to leave, when Mr.
Pruitt insisted that Charles give him his bosses phone number so he could
thank him for having such a valuable employee. Mr. Pruitt also wanted to be
sure that Charles received the recognition for his good deed, and I assured
Mr Pruitt that he would be recognized for his efforts.
