ARIZONA In Quarter 3 of 2017, Rosendin Electric had over $875 million in awarded projects. The chart below provides

Arizona State University Student Pavilion Tempe, AZ
The new Student Pavilion at Arizona State University serves as a central hub to the student community. The LEED Gold
building aims to be a Net Zero Energy building delivering green qualities including renewable energy, energy-efficiency,
and Zero Waste. The 74,653-square foot, 4-story structure provides students with two new classrooms, abundance of
study and social spaces, offices for student groups, and event space. The building has architectural lighting and controls,
as well as an integrated event space with theatrical lighting.
US Attorney’s Office, Phoenix, AZ
Located in a mid-rise tower in downtown Phoenix, the United States Attorney Office serves as the center of operations
for the AZ U.S. Attorney. The 80,000 square-foot tenant improvement will house an office for the U.S. Attorney, staff,
records, U.S. Marshals, and include press briefing spaces.

Rosendin’s Bay Area Network Service team is working on the special systems package for SFO’s redevelopment
of Terminal 1 (T1), one of its oldest terminals, to meet the needs of modern travelers and revolutionize the guest
experience. T1 was built in the early 1960s and over time has become less able to accommodate the millions of
passengers that it handles each year. With a focus on sustainable design and construction, T1 is anticipated, at
minimum, to receive LEED Gold certification. Once complete, SFO will have new T1 north, south, and central areas; a
new common use Baggage Handling System and baggage claims; and new mezzanine with connection to AirTrain and
the Central Parking Garage.
