vision was achieved in their new space, with 100% of the lighting
being Power over Ethernet (PoE). This system includes over 700
occupancy sensors, which instead of being used to control the
lights, are utilized for data collection points providing information
such as heavy and light traffic areas, temperature readings, and
security purposes. Instead of switches and sensors, the lighting is
controlled exclusively through a cloud based system, operating by
toggling lighting on any smart device.

Rosendin also completed over 175,000 feet of Cat 6 cabling
for 1,700 light fixtures, security system, power window shades,
monitoring, and all AV within the building. Rosendin’s team not
only transformed the space into a high tech hub for CompuCom
employees and clients, they did so while monitoring all
mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment in the new space.
