Process
Step One: Identify the current market environment.
The process begins by identifying the current
environment, which we call the Market State. The
Canterbury Portfolio Thermostat segments the
investment markets into 12 Market States, and each
represents a distinct market environment.
The Market States follow a simple color-coding
system to define bullish (green), transitory (yellow),
and bearish (red) market activity.
