Exquisite tastes from Salon by Alo.
This exquisite evening kicks off with a canapé reception at Salon by Alo, then moves indoors for a stunning tasting menu experience featuring classic and creative dishes from Alo and Aloette. Chef Nick Bentley oversees a feast that is as exquisitely crafted as it is gloriously gluttonous, balancing the meticulous dishes of the fine-dining Alo (a Relais & Châteaux establishment that has been No. 1 on Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants for the past three years) with the generous comfort of the upscale diner Aloette. Expect thoughtful wine pairings along with fine fare from a revered dining team. Note that there will be two seatings for this in-demand event.
ABOUT PATRICK KRISS
Chef Patrick Kriss is the owner of the Alo Food Group, which began with the opening of Alo, followed
by Aloette (2017), Alobar Yorkville (2018), and the private event space Alo Salon (2019). Born and raised in Scarborough, Chef Kriss began his career at Toronto’s renowned Auberge du Pommier before moving to New York to work at the Michelin-rated Daniel restaurant. He then travelled to France for stints at Régis Marcon and La Maison Troisgros, before returning to Toronto to lead the team at Splendido. In 2015, he opened the fine- dining Alo, which was awarded the No. 2 spot on enRoute’s list of Best New Restaurants and currently sits at No. 1 on Canada’s 100 Best.

Note: This event will have two seatings, 5:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., and may have communal dining. Please keep this in mind when booking tickets. This event will run 2-3 hours and venues are not suitable for young children.
