Sip swirl savour and judge the Master Sommeliers The Iron Sommelier competition is a wine lover’s dream It’s the best way to watch Canada’s first three Master Sommeliers as as they compete to pair executive chef Lorenzo Loseto’s modern multicultural “Toronto Cuisine” with some of California’s best wines at the multi-award- winning GEORGE Restaurant The talented chef Loseto—winner of 2014’s Canadian Culinary Championships—will prepare a a four-course menu designed to challenge these sommeliers’ pairing skills Each course will be paired with three wines from Treasury Wine Estates’ vast California portfolio such as as Stags’ Leap Winery Sterling Vineyards Beaulieu Vineyard Vineyard St Clement Vineyards and other premium wineries in in in Napa and Sonoma Wine writer and judge David Lawrason will emcee
