JOZANİ ORMANLARI
Bu eşsiz ada; plajları, denizi, kültürel yaşamı ile oldukça dikkat çekici ama vahşi yaşamıyla da kendini gösteriyor. Adanın güneyinde yer alan Jozani Ormanları’nda Colum- bus maymunu denen yani kızıl tüyleri bulunan bir maymun türü yaşam sürüyor. Öyle tatlı öyle sevimliler ki bayılma- mak elde değil. Bu maymunlar nesli tükenmekte olan, ol- dukça sevimli ve vahşi olmayan bir maymun türü. Çok tatlı, tüyleri mükemmel, renkleri çok güzel gözleri var. Biz çok şanslıydık, kaldığımız otelde de nüfusları olduğu için bu maymunları bol bol görme sansı elde ettik. Bu maymunlar; sakin, sessiz, yavaş ve bol bol çiçek yiyorlar. Evet muz ver- dik ama muzu değil onun yerine çiçek yemeyi tercih edi- yorlar. Dünyanın en tatlı maymunları olan Columbus may- munlarını sadece görmek için bile bu adaya gelinir.
FARKLI KÜLTÜRLERİ KEŞFETMEK İÇİN GÖRÜLEBİLİR
Biz gittiğimizde sivri sinek yoktu fakat yine de önlem ola- rak yanımıza sinek ilaçları aldık. Hem sprey sıkmayı hem de fişe takmayı ihmal etmedik. Ve yatak odamızda da cibinlik olmasına özen gösterdik.
FORESTS OF JOZANI
This unique island with its beaches, sea and cultural life is quite remarkable but it also boasts wild life. In the Jozani Forest that is located in the south of the island, a monkey species called Columbus Monkey, that has red hairs, lives on. They’re so cute that you get astonished by them. These monkeys are endangered, rather cute and non-wild. They are very sweet and have perfect feathers, nice colors and beautiful eyes. We were very lucky to stay in our hotel from which we had a great chance to observe these monkeys. These monkeys are quiet, calm and slow and eat plenty of flowers. Yes, we gave them banan- as, but instead of bananas, they prefer to eat flowers. You can come to this island even to see these monkeys, which are the sweetest monkeys of the world.
THIS ISLAND CAN BE SEEN TO EXPLORE DIFFERENT CULTURES
When we went there were no flies, but as a precaution, we took fly repellents. We didn’t neglect to spray it and plug it in. And we were careful to have a mosquito net in our bedroom.
