BAY MENTİ MENTORUNU ARIYOR YAYINDA!
MR. MENTEE IS LOOKING FOR HIS MENTOR IS ON THE AIR!
LC Waikiki mağazacılık ekiplerinin hayatında mentor- lük süreci 2012 yılında başladı. Geçmişten bugüne Tür- kiye’nin dört bir yanında görev alan 119 gönüllü mentor, 464 mentiye destek verdi. Bilgi ve deneyim aktarımları ile geçen bu zaman zarfında 2.784 kez mentor - menti buluşması yapıldı ve 5.568 saat hiç durmadan tecrübeler hakkında görüşüldü.
Operasyon Direktörü Demet Turan Utkan ile Mağaza Müdürü Sinan Üşenmez’in rol aldığı ”Bay Menti Mento- runu Arıyor” videosu ile mentorluk sürecinin şirketimi- ze, mentiye ve mentore katkısının anlatıldığı video ile LC Waikiki’nin üstadları olan mentor mağaza müdürlerimi- ze teşekkürlerimizi sunarız.
The mentorship process in the life of LC Waikiki retail- ing team began in 2012. 119 volunteer mentors who have worked in all four corners of Turkey from past to present have supported 464 mentees. During this time elapsing with information and experience transfers the mentor-mentee meetings were held 2,784 times and experiences were dis- cussed for 5,568 hours without interruption.
We are pleased to present to our mentor store managers, who are the masters of LC Waikiki, with the video explain- ing the mentorship process to our company, mentee and mentor and with the video of “Mr. Mentee Is Looking For His Mentor”, in which Operations Director Demet Turan Utkan and Store Manager Sinan Üşenmez played a part.
