33RD PERIOD MANAGER CANDIDATE PROGRAM HAS STARTED!
LC Waikiki mağazalarında beş aylık yetiştirme progra- mının sonunda çeşitli değerlendirme süreçlerinden ge- çerek, başarılı olan 11 yönetici adayımızın mağazaları- mızda II. müdür olarak göreve başlayacakları yetiştirme programı, Ekim 2017 tarihinde başladı.
Şirket merkezinde üç gün süren mesleki ve davranış- sal sınıf içi eğitiminden sonra geleceğin müdür adayları, staj mağazalarına giderek depo, reyon, kasa gibi alan- larda deneyim kazanma sürecine girdi. Adaylarımıza ve- rimli ve keyi i bir eğitim süreci dileriz.
The training program that our 11 successful manager can- didates will take up the position of II. manager in our stores by passing through various evaluation processes at the end of the ve-month training program at the LC Waikiki stores started in October 2017.
After three days of professional and behavioral in-class training at the company’s headquarters, the future manag- er candidates went to internship stores and entered into the process of gaining experience in areas such as warehouses, department stores and cash registers.We wish our candi- dates an e cient and pleasant training process.
