Perakende sektörünün hacmi her geçen gün artarken outlet mağazacılığın önemi de artmaktadır.
Outlet mağazacılığın önemini daha fazla kavrayabilmek, farklı bakış açıları ile outlet süreçlerinde mağaza yönetimi ve satış yönetimi süreçlerinde bir adım daha atabilmek için 8-9-10 Mayıs tarihlerinde “Farklı Açılarla Outlet Mağaza Yö- netimi Programı” gerçekleştirildi.
Lojistik Depo ziyareti ile başlayan eğitim programı, Outlet Strateji ve Süreç Geliştirme Müdürü Muhammed Can Ko- nur’un “Merkezden Mağazaya Farklı Açılardan Outlet Mağa- zacılık” eğitimi ile ilk günü tamamlandı.
İkinci gün ise “Birbirimizden Öğreniyoruz” programı ile 212 Outlet AVM Mağaza Müdürü Murat Dumlu ve İzmir Gaziemir Outlet Mağaza Müdürü Sinan Üşenmez, mağa- zalarındaki satışı ve verimliliği artırıcı uygulamaları aktardı- lar. Ardından Görsel Düzenleme Uzmanı Yunus Kanbur’dan “Outlet Mağazalarda Görsel Düzenleme Vardır” eğitimi alan katılımcılarımız, 212 Outlet AVM Mağazamıza giderek eği- tim sınıfında alınan bilgileri işbaşında görme fırsatı buldular.
Eğitim programı süresince katkı sağlayan tüm katılımcıla- ra teşekkür eder, verimli bir eğitim programı dileriz.
As the volume of the retail sector increases day by day, the importance of outlet stores also increases.
“Outlet Store Management with Different Perspectives Program” was held on May 8-9-10 in order to understand the importance of outlet store more and to take another step through different perspectives in store management and sales management processes in outlet processes.
The training program which started with the visit of the Logistics Depot completed the first day with the training of Outlet Strategy and Process Development Manag- er Muhammed Can Konur’s training entitled “From the Headquarter to the Store: Outlet Merchandising with Different Perspectives”.
On the second day, 212 Outlet Mall Store Manager Mu- rat Dumlu and İzmir Gaziemir Outlet Store Manager Sinan Üşenmez presented the applications they use to increase sales and productivity within the scope of “We learn from each other” program. Then our participants took a train- ing called “Outlet Stores Do Have Visual Merchandising” by Visual Merchandising Expert Yunus Kanbur and had the chance to support the information the in-class training on the field by visiting our 212 Outlet Mall Store.
