A3 ILE PROBLEM ÇÖZME SERTIFIKA SÜRECINI TAMAMLAYAN
ÇALIŞANLARIMIZSERTIFIKAALMANINMUTLULUĞUNUYAŞADILAR!

Yalın yönetim araçlarından biri olan A3 kullanımı alış- kanlığını kazandıracak yapının kurgulanması ve A3 ile problem çözme, öneri sunma ve raporlama yaklaşımının yaygınlaştırılması amacıyla “A3 ile Problem Çözme Serti- fikasyonu”nu başlattık.
Bu kapsamda “A3 ile Problem Çözme Yaklaşımı Sertifi- kasyonu” değerlendirme sunumlarının ilki, Kurumsal Aka- demi Değerlendirme Müdürlüğü’nün organizasyonuyla 08.05.2018 Salı günü başladı ve dört çalışanımız sırasıyla yöneticileri eşliğinde Problem Çözme A3’lerini sundu.
Sertifikasyon sunumu yapan çalışanlarımızın katılım- ları, konuya olan ilgileri ve farkındalıkları değerlendiriciler tarafından takdir edildi. Başvuru şartlarını sağlayan, de- ğerlendirme kriterlerini uygulayan ve A3’leri mentörler tarafından olumlu bulunan diğer çalışanlarımızın da serti- fikasyon değerlendirmelerine dahil olması için çalışmalar hızlandırıldı.
Sunduğu A3’leri başarılı bulunan çalışanlarımız, Kurum- sal Akademi tarafından hazırlanan sertifikayı almaya hak kazandı.
We have launched the “A3 Problem-Solving Certifi- cation” in order to construct a structure that will make people use the A3, one of the lean management tools, and to popularize the problem-solving, suggestion sub- mission and reporting approaches with A3.
Within this context, the first assessment presentation of the “A3 Approach to Problem-Solving Certification” was launched on Tuesday May 8, 2018 by the Corporate Academy Assessment Center, and our four employees respectively presented Problem Solving A3s in co-oper- ation with their managers.
The participation of our employees who make pres- entations about the certification, their interest in the issue and their awareness were appreciated by the as- sessors. We have expedited the works to ensure that our employees, who fulfill the requirements of the applica- tion, apply the assessment criteria and whose A3s are deemed positively by the mentors, are also included in the assessment of certification.
Our employees, whose A3s were deemed successful, were entitled to receive the certificate prepared by the Corporate Academy.
