Uluslararası Koçluk Federasyonu ICF’ten Akredite Edilen Koçluk Programını Hayata Geçiren İlk Kurumsal Akademi Olmanın Gururunu Yaşıyoruz.
LC Waikiki Kurumsal Akademi olarak “Avrupa’nın en ba- şarılı üç perakendecisinden biri olma” vizyonumuza giden yolda, hayata geçirdiğimiz eğitim ve gelişim faaliyetlerimiz ve öncü projelerimizle ilkleri başarmaya ve diğer kurumlara örnek olmaya devam ediyoruz.
Bizi, gelecekte ulaşmayı amaç edindiğimiz vizyona taşı- yacak olan liderlerimizin koçluk becerileri kazanmalarını, aynı zamanda, çalışanlarının performansını ve motivasyo- nunu güçlendirmelerini sağlayan programlar tasarlıyor ve çalışanlarımızla buluşturuyoruz.
Bu programların başında gelen ve LC Waikiki Kurumsal Koçluk Birimi ile Temel Yetkinlik ve Beceri Geliştirme Mü- dürlüğü’nün iş birliği ile yürütülen Koçlukla Gelen Liderlik Programı’nın Türkçe ve İngilizce olarak Uluslararası Koçluk Federasyonu ICF’ten akredite edilmiş olmasının gururunu ve mutluluğunu yaşıyoruz. LC Waikiki Kurumsal Akademi tarafından geliştirilen Koçlukla Gelen Liderlik Programı, koçluk ekolleri dışında bir kurum tarafından tasarlanan ve akredite edilen ilk ve tek koçluk programı.

As LC Waikiki Corporate Academy, on the way to our vision “to be one of the three most successful retailers of Europe”, we continue to break grounds and to serve as a model for other organizations with training and de- velopment activities and pioneering projects that we accomplished.
We design and introduce programmes that enable our leaders, who will take us to our vision that we aim to reach in the future, to acquire coaching skills and that help to increase performance and motivation of our employees.
One of the most important of these programmes is ‘Leadership Developed by Coaching’ Programme, which is performed in cooperation with Corporate Coaching unit and Core Competency and Skill Development Man- agement. We are honoured and happy that ‘Leadership Developed by Coaching’ Programme has been accred- ited by ICF-International Coaching Federation in Turk- ish and English. Having been developed by LC Waiki- ki Corporate Academy, the programme is the rst and only coaching programme that has been designed by an organization other than coaching ecoles and that has been accredited.
