LCW Life’ın yeni sayısı için, yıllardır arkadaşım olan Selin ile röpor- taj yaptık. Uzun süredir deniz, yelken ve yoga tutkusu- na yakından tanık olduğum Selin, bundan beş yıl önce, bizler gibi her gün ofise gidip gelirken; ikizleri doğduktan sonra, hem çocuklarına daha fazla vakit ayırmak hem de aşık olduğu deniz ve yogayı hayatının bir parçası yapmak için radikal bir karar verdi ve işini bırakıp yeni bir kariyer hikayesi yazdı. Pazarlama Yöneticisi olarak ayrıldığı kari- yerine yoga eğitmeni, nefes terapisti ve anne olarak çok keyi i bir şekilde devam ediyor. Üstelik, bizi “Teknede Yoga” ile tanıştırdı. NOW IT’S THE RIGHT TIME FOR YOGA ON BOARD
The quietness of yoga that calms and balances the soul and the spirit of the deep blue sea that relaxes the mind... The two words generate one word, tranquility. Selin KOLDAŞ DENLİ is a yoga instructor, sail maker and breathe therapist who combined these two sources of tranquili- ty by introducing us in Turkey the expression of ‘yoga on board’. I have interviewed Selin for the new volume of LCW Life magazine; she has been my friend for a long time. I observed Selin’s passion for sea, sailing, and yoga for very long time. 5 years ago, she was working in the o ce like us. After the birth of her twins, she took a radical decision in order to create more time for her children and spare a part in her life for yoga and sea, and she started a new career. She continues her career contentedly as a yoga instruc- tor, breath therapist, and mother, while she was Marketing Manager before. Moreover, she acquainted us “the Yoga on Board”.
