Stockholm Sarayı
İsveç’in tarihi yerleri listesinin başını çeken saray, İsveç hükümdarının resmi sarayı. Stockholm Sarayı konum ola- rak Gamla Stan’daki Stadsholmen adasının üzerinde bu- lunuyor. Bu saray 600 odalı dev bir bina. Bugün bu sarayın bir kısmı müze olarak kullanılırken bir kısmı da hâlâ kraliyet ailesi tarafından kullanılmaya devam ediyor. Bina 13. yüz- yılda Birger Jarl tarafından inşa edilmiş. Sarayın ilk göze çarpan özelliği anıtsal duruşu oluyor. Çok uzun zaman boyunca kale görevi yapan Stockholm Sarayı, 16. yüzyıl- da Kral 3. Johan tarafından bir saray haline getirilmiş. Bu amaç doğrultusunda yapı 1690 yılında “Barok” stiliyle ye- niden inşa edilmiş. Son derece ihtişamlı ve göz alıcı olan Stockholm Sarayı, İsveç’in yönetimine ve mimari özellik- lerinin gelişimine tanık olmak için mutlaka görülmesi ge- reken tarihi yerlerden biri. Çok uzun süre faaliyette kalan bina, bugün turistlerin de uğrak yeri.
Abba Müzesi
Abba, 1970’li yılların en popüler İsveçli müzik gurubu. Müze, 2013 yılında Stockholm’de kurulmuş. Abba Müze- si, tasarımı ve içeriğiyle, özellikle müzikseverlere unuta- mayacakları bir deneyim yaşatıyor. Stockholm Palace
It is the official residence of His Majesty the King of Swe- den, and it is listed as one of the historical places in Swe- den. Stockholm Palace is located on the island of Stad- sholmen in Gamla Stan. This palace is a giant building with 600 rooms. Today, some of this palace is used as a museum, while others continue to be used by the royal family. The building was built by Birger Jarl in the 13th century. The first outstanding feature of the palace is its monumental stance. Stockholm Castle, which served as a castle for a long time, transformed into a palace by John III in the 16th century. For this purpose, the build- ing was rebuilt in 1690 with the Baroque style. Stockholm Palace, which is extremely magnificent and fascinating, is a must-see historical place to witness Sweden’s admin- istration and the development of its architectural char- acteristics. The building, which has been operational for a long time, is also frequented by tourists today.
