BALKANLAR’IN GÖZ BEBEĞİ BOSNA-HERSEK
Dünyayı Geziyorum’un çok sevgili izleyicileri ve okuyu- cuları sizlere yeni yerleri yazmaktan, yeni yerlerin keşfin- den bahsetmekten çok mutlu oluyorum. Ve bu hafta da size daha yeni döndüğüm bir ülke olan Bosna-Hersek’ten bahsetmek istiyorum.
Bosna-Hersek; 4 mevsim boyunca harika güzellikle- re sahip, çok zengin tarihi sebebiyle de her zaman turist ağırlayan bir ülke. Yazın; gürül gürül akan suları, tertemiz havası, kalabalık caddeleri ile herkesi kendine hayran bı- rakan bu ülke, kış mevsimi gelince de bembeyaz karlara bulanan dağları ve çam ormanları ile kayakçıları ağırlayan, kış sporlarının her çeşidinin yapıldığı bir turizm merkezi haline geliyor.
Bosna-Hersek Nerede?
Balkanların incisi, Bosna-Hersek 51 bin 197 kilomet- rekarelik yüz ölçümüne sahip, kuzey, batı ve güneyden Hırvatistan, doğudan Sırbistan, güneyden Karadağ ile çevrili bir ülke olup Adriyatik Denizi’ne de Neum şehrinin bulunduğu yerden yalnızca 20 km’lik (limanı olmayan) bir sahil şeridi bulunuyor. Ülkenin coğrafyasına baktığımız zamansa dağlık olduğunu görüyoruz. Merkez ve güneyde dağlık, kuzeybatıda tepelik, kuzeydoğuda düzlük bir ka- rakter sergiliyor. Özellikle de başkent ve en büyük şehri Saraybosna, birçok yüksek dağla çevrelendiğinden şehir kış turizmine oldukça elverişli. Hatta 1984 Kış Olimpiyat- ları’na da ev sahipliği yaptı.
BALKANS’ GEM BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
Dear readers of Dünyayı Geziyorum (I Travel the World), I am immensely happy to write about new places and talk about the discovery of new places. And I want to talk about Bosnia and Herzegovina, a country I’ve just visited this week.
Bosnia and Herzegovina is a country that has wonder- ful charms for 4 seasons and always welcomes tourists with its rich history. In summer, this country is being admired by everyone with its running waterways, clean air and crowded streets and becomes a tourism center where all kinds of winter sports are held and skiers are hosted with its snow-covered mountains and pine for- ests in winter.
Where is Bosnia and Herzegovina?
The pearl of the Balkans, Bosnia and Herzegovina is a coun- try with a surface area of 51 thousand 197 square kilometers, surrounded by Croatia in the north, west and south, Serbia in the east and Montenegro in the south and it boasts a 20-km coastline (without a port) along Adriatic Sea through the city called Neum. When we look at the geography of the country, we see that it is mountainous. There are mountains in the center and south, are many hills in the northwest and the northeast part is flat. Especially Sarajevo, the capital and the biggest city of Bosnia Herzegovina, is surrounded by many high mountains and therefore is quite suitable for winter tourism. It even hosted the 1984 Winter Olympics.
