RALLY INFORMATION (BEN HALL’S HIDEAWAY): Rally Information is
located in the small building opposite the Community Precinct. Here
you will be able to find out information on rides, the main dinner, bus
routes, lost property and much more.

LOST PROPERTY
Items of lost property can be handed in to or claimed from Rally
Information in Ben Halls Hideaway. Items of lost property not
collected will be returned to the National Administration Office at the
close of the Rally.

MAPS
Site maps will be on display at Check-in, Rally Information and at
various locations around the site. Local and regional maps will be
available from Rally Information.

EMERGENCY EXISTS
Emergency exit signs will be clearly displayed throughout the Rally
site. In the event of an emergency, you may be required to evacuate
the site, so please follow the directions of the Rally Volunteer Staff.
Evacuation Procedures & Assembly Points will be displayed on notice
boards at the Rally site and at the Main Entrance Gate, Rally
Information and within the Traders area.

RALLY AWARDS
Members can nominate for these awards at Rally Information in Ben

Halls Hideaway. Nominations will close at 10am on Friday 28 March
2025. Rally awards will be presented at the Saturday night
“Bushrangers” Dinner.
Distance awards will be judged on a google distance, not around the
world to get here!

CHECK OUT TIME

Please vacate the camping areas by 10am on Monday 31 of March
2025 as at this point staff will be entering the Rally site and camp
areas for restoration work and the removal of temporary facilities.
