TRADERS
We hope to entice many traders to our Rally this year and will be
encouraging local merchants to take part.

Ulysses Club members can also be a trader at this rally. After
discussion with our Trader coordinator, you can opt to sell goods that
you have made inside as an indoor trader or in the outdoor trader
area. If you have goods that you make and wish to sell, please contact
our trade coordinator – Heather. You keep the monies that you make.

All traders will need to provide their own Public Liability Insurance –
you can purchase a market PLI. Perhaps join together with several
others to have one stall?

A small fee applies for holding a stall – Indoor is $70 for three days or
for one day $25, Outdoor is $50 for 3 days or for one day $20. These
funds go directly to UCARF.

GEAR SHOP
The Gear shop is located in Dan Morgans Lair and will be open from

9am until 5pm from Wednesday 26 of May until Friday the 28 of
May.
The Gear Shop is a cashless transaction so please make sure you have
your eftpos or credit card with you.

FIRST AID (FRANK GARDINER’S SHELTER)
First Aid and Welfare will be managed in a small building near the bar.

ONSITE: The Lions Community shed, the local Spinners and Weavers
and the Antique Machinery Shed will be open for our members to
visit. Days and times are listed in the schedule.
