Grand Parade Procedure

The marshalling area is at Bellevue Oval,
Meredith St, Armidale NSW, University of
New England. Assembly between 7.00am
and 9.00am.

For a nominal cost, breakfast will be provided by the
Lions Club at the Bellevue Oval assembly point–
Bacon & Egg rolls, Sausage in Bread and coffee.
Toilets will be provided at the Bellevue Oval
assembly point

We will travel 5.5 kilometres through some of
Armidale’s main streets before arriving at Rugby
League Park, (home of the RAMs) Dumaresq Street
Armidale. The canteen and bar will be available at
Rugby league park.

There will be streets blocked for our progress through the city and
these are being managed by professional traffic controllers.
Marshalls will ask you to form up two abreast as you leave the
assembly area.

Some riders will be issued with a number to display. Number 1
(number reserved in memory of Stephen Dearnleys number and
place). Number 2 – current National President, Number 3 – past
National President, Number 4 – current National Committee,
Number 5 – past National Committee, Number 6 – current event
committee, host Branch President, UCARF representatives, Road
Safety Committee members, Riding On editor, National Rally
coordinator, Number 7 – Dignitaries and invited guests, AGM
scrutineers.
Then followed by club members and Branches in any order.

All members may ride in the Grand Parade regardless if they have
registered to attend the National Rally or not.
