Stand in President Report July 2022:
OK, this will be my first Prez. Report, Julie and Derek are suffering at Cervantes away on
holiday, we can't complain about the weather ,although a bit mixed, it has been fantastic compared to
being flooded out 4 times this year over East. There is some heavy stuff predicted over the next two
weeks so take care and watch for updates on rides continuing on or not.
Please be aware that we have some new riders in our group and they may not be familiar
with, how we do, what we do, on a club ride, patience is always appreciated and can go a long way to
everyone enjoying our day together, please take care as I've seen extra bikes on the road lately which
can be a bit more challenging when trying to ride safely.

We have some people leading multiple upcoming rides, don’t forget to say thanks for the
ride at the end of the day. Talk to the committee if you want to lead a ride on a particular date,
nothing is set in stone, variety is the spice of life. The next ride calendar meeting is on the 13th
September, so if you can’t make it, let someone on the committee know the date you would like to
lead a ride.
I've enjoyed the latest rides every much, even if my bike is
dirty, at least my hair is neat...

Secretary Report July 2022
Hi Everyone,
Well, we finally have the Geraldton rego. sorted (see the back page). The camp
school certainly work on W.A. time (wait a while) with queries taking up to a
week to answer, but with the caretaker in Geraldton, the admin in Pinjarra,
a caterer that travels from Perth to Geraldton, it’s not surprising.
I’m sure it will be a great weekend, there are some nice towns around Geraldton,
& I have heard the Denison Foreshore Sprint (a speed trial for cars built prior to
1985) is on Sunday, so that will be something exciting to watch.
Enjoy the rides between the showers, but don’t forget your wooly socks!
