ULYSSES CLUB Inc. - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The meeting will be held at the Warwick Showgrounds Rally Super Tent, Kingsford St
Warwick. Non Registered Members can meet at Gate 1 from 12 noon and will be
escorted to the Super Tent.
AGM Registration by membership card will commence at 12.15pm at the Super Tent.
Meeting will commence at 1.00pm. Access will be closed off promptly at this time.

THE ULYSSES CLUB Inc. – MEMBERS FORMAL DINNER
Our Gala Night will be held at the Warwick Shogrounds in the Rally Super
Tent, Kingsford St Warwick. Bus pickup booking is available on Rally Registration.
Meet in time for 6.00pm Dinner Service (a varied menu of slow cooked old rodeo bull
burgers) followed at 7.30pm by the presentation of the new National Committee,
Early Bird Registration and Raffle Draw plus other Event Award Presentations and
Closing Ceremony.
You will then be allowed let you hair down and sweat profusely to the swinging
sounds of our fabulous band “Sleeping Dogs”. (I’m exhausted already!)
