Is there public transport from the Rally site?
The local bus service runs with a bus stops just 400m to 700m from the Rally
site but services are limited.
Will there be a supermarket on site?
No there will not be a supermarket on site as there are a number of
supermarkets within a short distance of the Rally site.
What nights are the functions?
2022 Ulysses Club National Rally will be having two functions:
Thursday night – Meet N Greet. This will be at no cost to the registrants.
Food will be available from food vendors on site. There will be live
entertainment by a local band and a licensed bar will operate. No BYO
allowed.
Saturday night AGM dinner – ”Country / Cowgirl / Cowboy” theme will be
held on-site in the Super Tent and a licensed bar will operate. No BYO
allowed.
Will there be a bus service to the function nights?
Yes, we are organising a bus service within the Warwick city boundary for
those who wish to attend the function nights and are staying off-site. There
will be fee for the service which members can pay as part of the registration.
How far is the supermarket from the Rally site?
There are a number of supermarkets within 3km of the Rally site. The closest
walking distance is 1.5km away from the Rally site. Ice will be available on
site.
Is there a laundrette near the Rally site?
We will have a laundry service provided to the Rally. But if you wish to do
your own laundry, the closest laundry to the Rally site is located at 81B
Fitzroy Street, Warwick, 1.3km from the Showgrounds.
Is there petrol station near the Rally site?
There are numerous petrol stations located near the Rally site. The closest is
United on the highway 1km from the site.
Where is the Annual General Meeting being held?
The Annual General meeting will be held on-site in the Super Tent. If you are
not registered for the Rally but still wish to attend the AGM, there will be
arrangements in place to escort you into the AGM.
Where is the Extended NatCom meeting (ENM) being held?
The Extended NatCom meeting will be held on-site in the Super Tent. If you
are not registered for the Rally but still wish to attend the AGM, there will be
arrangements in place to escort you into the ENM.
Where is the Road Safety Forum being held?
