we finished lunch, it was so warm that we were stripping off layers of clothing, it was all of
15 degrees, and from here we rode into Castlemaine where Mark & Jen finally caught up
with us. Following a little ride around the local streets of Castlemaine it was agreed by the 4
of us that we shall head home instead of going to Maldon, so it was homeward bound via
Daylesford, Ballan, Bacchus Marsh, Balliang, Anakie and finished at Bell Post Hill.

All up mostly a pleasant 380 Km ride with good company. My thanks to my 4 Tail End Charlies
on the day: Peter, John, Stephen and Ken also I hope that we didn’t leave a bad impression
with Ash and I hope to see him on other rides in the near future.
