Item 1.
Chuck Wagon
After initial discussions at our last meeting, Treasurer Phil R put forward a motion “to survey the
membership as to their wishes in relation to the Chuck Wagon”; the motion was seconded by Rob Hunt. By a
show of hands, the motion was accepted by the meeting.
The Motion, which includes details for consideration on the future of the Chuck Wagon, is to be sent to all
branch members to survey what members wish to see happen with the Chuck Wagon in the future.
It was discussed that various ongoing issues include, registration costs, insurance costs, storage of the unit,
food handling requirements when catering for outside functions, should the unit be sold off etc.
The survey request will be sent to all branch members and we look forward to inputs so a decision can be
made on the future of the Chuck Wagon.
Please keep an eye out for this email.
