WEDNESDAY WANDERERS REPORTS
Mike Parker Support a Mate Day 12th October
Today 12 of us set off to Bindoon via short detour. Dennis is going into Hospital on Friday for a serious open
heart surgery, we thought the sound of motor bikes at his place would cheer him up. The master plan was
to phone his wife, Sue, about 5 minutes from their house to get Dennis to go out the front. Isn’t it funny how
technology mucks up when you don’t want it too. So plan B just ride into his driveway and hit the horn, yep
that worked!! Too well as one of our team thought it was a car and hit the brakes, yep met the ground .
No damage to bike nor rider.
Dennis and Sue were very surprised and pleased to see the team. We did request bacon and eggs for brekky,
didn’t happen . Time to head off. Whoops it happened again, bike and rider down . Taking bike of the
main stand on a slope, whoops! No damage to rider nor bike. If this continues what the hell will happen
next?
Pleasant ride to Bindoon, Cops standing in a bus shelter at Yanchep speed trapping, won’t catch us suckers
cause we are responsible riders!!
Good luck Dennis for Friday, here’s to a speedy and full recovery. Humba gashle shamwari.
