Beeac Pub 22/1/22, have the back room booked for 28 people.
Good comments were received for the Poker Run. Well done to organiser.

Easy day, good fun ride, the rain held off. Morning tea and BBQ lunch.

Morning tea at Bacchus Marsh, Lunch at Daylesford; 10 after morning tea.

Welfare Report
No formal report but noted that a few members are getting Covid.
General Business:
• National AGM is on 4 to 9 April; please remember to individually apply for postal votes to support our
branch member nominating.
• Committee Nominations close at end of tonight’s meeting with current vacancies for Social Director and
Vice President.
• Reminder that to enable voting at our branch AGM on 16 February 2022, members must be able to
produce current Financial Membership Card.
