Branch financial statements have been compiled and sent to National Treasurer for audit.
Branch has a GST liability of $134.00.

Social Report:
Beeac Pub 22/1/22, have the back room booked for 28 people.
Good comments were received for the Poker Run. Well done to organiser.
• Lucky draw: Lauri Grace, not present, so jackpots to $60 next month.

Easy day, good fun ride, the rain held off. Morning tea and BBQ lunch.

Morning tea at Bacchus Marsh, Lunch at Daylesford; 10 after morning tea.

Welfare Report
No formal report but noted that a few members are getting Covid.

General Business:
• National AGM is on 4 to 9 April; please remember to individually apply for postal votes to support our
branch member nominating.
• Committee Nominations close at end of tonight’s meeting with current vacancies for Social Director and
Vice President.
• Reminder that to enable voting at our branch AGM on 16 February 2022, members must be able to
produce current Financial Membership Card.
