NOMINATION FORM

Under the Ulysses Cons!tu!on a Branch Commi ee must consist of a President, Secretary, Treasurer (or
Secretary/Treasurer) and three or more ordinary commi ee members.

At Central Vic from 2021 we made the decision to extend our commi1ee to a maximum of 10. Branch members can
nominate for the following commi1ee posi ons: President, Secretary, Treasurer, Ride Co]ordinator, Social Co-
ordinator, Welfare Officer, Webmaster, Editor, plus ordinary commi1ee members, up to a total of 10 commi1ee
members. Coming on to the commi1ee as an ordinary commi1ee member without necessarily taking on a posi on
provides an opportunity to par cipate as a commi1ee member and to learn how the commi1ee operates.

It is possible to nominate for more than one role however a separate nomina on form must be received for each
role.

All nomina!ons must be received by the Branch Secretary (Sue Jones) no later than 5pm on 5 January, 2021.
