6 Feb 1954 - 12 Dec 2022 It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of our friend Rodney John
Priestley. He was born on 19th February 1948 and succumbed to brain cancer on 24th
Sadly and unexpectedly, Richard has June 2022.
Ridden On. He was an active member
of the Macedon Ranges Ulysses Branch Rod and his wife, Judy, married in 1969. They then moved to Sydney where he began
where he previously held the position his career in the Post Office and also spent much of his time on the harbour as a

AGMs and Rallies. He bought his first runner and cyclist and for many years sponsored a road running race for a Northwest
bike in 1974 and since then became the Tasmanian running club. He also rode as a motorcycle escort for numerous cycle
enthusiastic owner of many bikes ranging road races in Tasmania and Victoria. He was a long time member of the Devonport
from tourers to adventure bikes, one of Hash House Harriers, part of an international social running club with an attitude to
his most recent favourites being his BMW fellowship very much like the Ulysses Club.
GSA. Following winning a Mexico bike He joined the Ulysses Club in May 1996 at 48 years young, became president of the
trip at a Ulysses AGM, Richard became North West Coast Tasmanian Branch in 2003, and continued in that roll through to

with his wife Kim as pillion, joined many in Ulverstone which welcomed 3000 members and 2000 bikes. Many members will
