 Mekor Hachayim  and reach back to the “victim” (the person who is the subject of the    ,עֹמְשִׁל  תסנכּה  תיבל  וֹתצוּרְמ  תֵעבֶּשׁ  ,הזִּמ  רֵתוֹיו
 presence of three people” applies only in the same city (14) where
