 of  the  listener,  if  the  speaker  knows  that  the  personality  of  the    - שׁרָדְִמּה

 made about Shimon and this listener might add his own derogatory

 Mayim Chayim.  Therefore, someone who wants to protect his soul
 will stay far away from using this leniency.
