We have also included a supplement entitled “Teshuvah:
Coming Back to Hashem.” It is a guide to many important
aspects of the mitzvah of teshuvah – how it begins, how it
works, and more. It also deals with the challenges faced by
outreach workers and newcomers to Torah observance, and
perhaps above all, teaches us that there is always hope.
Additional volumes on Kislev through Adar and Nisan
through Av are currently in preparation.

I thank all those involved in the publication of The
Power of the Festivals. Special thanks go to R. Steinberg,
who edited, arranged, and polished the language of the
divre Torah compiled in this book with patience, care, and
understanding, dedicating countless days and nights to
bring it to completion on the highest possible level. Many
thanks as well to all the many generous supporters of Ahavat
Shalom Institutions and those who have sponsored the
publication of numerous works of Torah by Ahavat Shalom
Publications.
“‘Seek out Hashem while He can be found, call Him
when He is close’ – These are the ten days between Rosh
Hashanah and Yom Kippur.” These are days of unparalleled
opportunity, when Hashem awaits our prayers and
repentance. May the “King Who desires life” remember our
people for life and inscribe us in the Book of Life this year
and for many years to come. Amen, so may it be His Will.
