VALENCIA WARREN-GIBBS  is founder of Network Logistical Solutions, LLC.  An entrepreneur with over ten
        years of progressive financial accounting experience Valencia has a passion for serving businesses and assisting
        them in their financial growth and education.  A current national board member for NABWIC, she is a legislative advo-
        cate and a mentor to other women.


        LONNIE MCNEILL was featured in magazines such as Black Enterprise, Seventeen, and Better Invest-
        ing since high school, Ionnie McNeill is also known as The Baby Billionaire because of her future net
        worth of millions. At age 7, Ionnie began learning how to invest and by age 10 already had a port-
        folio invested in stocks and bonds. As a freshman in high school, Ionnie started her own business and
        was awarded 1st place in the Guardian’s Girls Going Places Entrepreneurship Award Program.


        JENNIFER TODDi is a lawyer, Licensed General Engineer and Owner of LMS General Contractors.
        She’s proving she has a solution for the labor shortage in the construction industry and that women
        and minorities have a big role to play.


        NICOLE ALLEN  is on a mission to help real estate developers build and grow profitable businesses.
        Trained as a Toxicology and Epidemiologist she has a unique 17-year background in communication,
        business development, and project management on multimillion dollar development projects  As
        CEO for Allen-Norris Permitting and Inspections, she utilizes her expertise in building code develop-
        ment, adoption, and enforcement to provides strategic leadership, collaborative engagement, and
        financial guidance for the company.

        PHRANTCEENA HALRES  is founder, Owner and Operator of first national Nuclear Security firm as
        minority and woman owned and operated grew and managed a business portfolio of $100 million
        plus top line generated revenue with in a third of the trillion dollar market place for nuclear security
        training and personnel to staff critical infrastructure according to regulatory standards of USNRC,
        Homeland Security, NEI and WINS for International Certification.
