Andrew %u201cAndy%u201d Harold is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of A. Harold andAssociates, LLC (AHA)%u2014a company that designs and develops world-class training programsfor all Federal agencies. Andy founded the firm in 2003 and continues to be heavily involvedin the business, focusing his efforts on strategic planning, business development, and growthinitiatives.In August 2007, Andy obtained his Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) certification,allowing the company to experience rapid growth in the Federal market space. In 2009, theSBA chose Andy Harold as the District, State (FL), and Region IV winner of its EntrepreneurialSuccess Award. In 2010, Inc. Magazine ranked AHA #182 out of the top 500 fastest-growingprivate companies in the United States, growing more than 1500% in three years.Andy graduated from Oberlin College Conservatory in 1990 with a Bachelor of Music degreein Piano Performance. Following graduation, he entered the U.S. Navy flight program andserved as a naval aviator for 11 years of active duty and 9 years in the U.S. Navy Reserves.He completed 20 years of service in 2010 and retired from the military as a LieutenantCommander. He resides in Jacksonville, Florida.13
