Will the Real Christians Stand Up Will the Real Christians Stand Up
This same loving God will execute judgment on all those who
choose to continue in sin. The good news is this; You don’t
have to live a sinful life; Jesus Christ has made provision for you
to be delivered! He will set you free if you ask him!
The students were mesmerized by Adriana’s response.
Afterward, the air was charged with excitement, followed by
a spontaneous outpouring of applause by the students.
Samaria at Boot Camp
“Everyone on your feet right now, Drill Sergeant Jack-
son yelled, waking everyone out of their sleep. This is Captain
Smith.”
As a child, Captain Smith had been nothing but a mess.
He’d lost everything, forgot everything, and respected no-
one. When the local technical school kicked him out, his un-
cle dragged him down to the military school. Somehow the
enforced discipline was good for him. It sharpened his mind.
Forgetting meant push-ups. Losing things meant docked wag-
es. Lack of respect meant seriously long runs with heavy back-
packs. Now he was 55, and everything about him screamed
discipline. From his polished shoes to his trimmed mustache,
he was an officer. He ran his unit with an iron fist yet had an
intense hatred for anything representing the Christian faith.
“At ease, soldiers. I’ve heard a lot of good things about
you. But there’s something I heard about one of your squad
members that disgust me. There’s nothing that makes me
more upset than a Christian in a uniform. Everyone is at ease.
Except for you, young lady, referring to Samaria. Gear
up and run around the track until I tell you to stop.”
Turning to the soldiers he asked, “Any other Christians in
here who dare to speak up?”
“I am, sir,” Steven said.
