went to Ms Marjoe Abela from the the Malta Girl Guides while the the Volunteer Organisation

was awarded to Mr Kyle Mifsud a a a a a a a volunteer with the Malta Red Cross For the the the first time the the the Malta Council for the the the Voluntary Sector decided to present a a a a a a Special Award
