Who are the 6 people or business owners that without hesitation you would absolutely endorse in a heartbeat? These are people you’ve developed trust through exemplary service and would love to have your friends share the same experience?
Be serious, take a minute and narrow down that list of the hundreds of business interactions you’ve had, to a top 6. Trust me this exercise will be worth it.
Now let me ask you this. How many people have you actually referred to these outstanding service providers? One or two? Perhaps half a dozen? For most of us the glow of service beyond expectation, fades within a day or two, and becomes yesterday’s news.
One of the most obvious ways to do this is to go out of your way to edify and promote, almost to the point of insistence that your friends and colleagues beat a path to this person’s door.
