You’ve concluded a transaction, provided hopefully service beyond expectation now it’s time to reflect upon the journey that got you to this point.
How much quantifiable time, emotion and dollars did it take for that Sale to finalise? Can this be scaled up or made more efficient from a time and dollar cost?
I’ve played the game of converting high end Sales, and by high end I mean on the scale of $400K - $500K transactions. For many years I was intimidated at the thought of participating in this arena, a playing field that was surely reserved for true superstars.
Of course hindsight is a great help. The psychology and processes are remarkably similar regardless of whether we’re selling a $500 or $500K item or service. Aside from
