February 8th. 11 am- Winter Bath Salts: Make and Take home 3 Bath salts to enjoy! Winter Forest, Citrus and Rose Petal. $ 30
PP. Butter Making: 6:30-8:30 pm Strawberry Butter, Rose Petal and Gold Dust and Roasted Red Pepper. $55 pp
February 12th & 25th. 11 am Lineal Candle Holder. Stain and create a beautiful wood candle holder. Candles included.
Includes snacks and mocktail! $60 pp. Butter Making: 2-4 pm Make, Sample and Take Home: Strawberry butter, Rose Petal
and Roasted Red Pepper. $55 pp
February 17th- 5:30-8:30 pm A fun crafting night! Make a Reed Diffuser, DIY Chai Spice and a Stove top Pot Pourri and take
home a lavender gift bag, sample a lavender Margherita ( non alcoholic ) and snacks! $65 pp

February 4th & 18th - 12 pm. Gourmet Grilled Cheese and Winter Arrangement- This class takes place on our Creek Trail,
nestled in the trees, you will enjoy a 3 cheese gourmet grilled cheese with peach chutney, dipped in gourmet ketchup or
homemade tomato soup. After you fill your belly, we will make a natural arrangement using foraged greenery fresh from the
forest. Pear Cider Served. $45 pp
February 11 - 12 pm. Make a Grapevine Heart! Fixed to a vintage piece of barn board, we will forage and weave a Grapevine
heart for your indoor or outdoor decoration. We will also enjoy a Apple Pear Cider and a Potato Cheese Hand Pies over an
open fire. $45 PP
February 19 - Full day event. Family Day on the farm. See FB or Instagram for full details! $25 Per family.
February 25th - 1 pm. Winter Planting Box. We will make a
planter box, stain it your chosen colour and fill it with seasonal
winter greens. French toast skewers topped with Apple Bourbon
Jelly! ( jelly is from Kavaleer Smallhold Farm)
